I'm no chef, but I enjoy cooking and experimenting in the kitchen. I first started to cook properly (as opposed to fry-ups and not a lot else) about 10 years ago and it has been a long journey from there to hear. I'm hoping the recipes and tips that I share, will help others to fall in love with cooking the way that I have.

Anyone who uses twitter will be familiar with hash tags. For those that aren’t familiar with twitter a hash tag is just a word or phrase at the end of a message that is preceded by a hash (#) that makes it easy to find similar posts.

Ingredients;
1 Handful of fresh herbs (parsley, oregano, thyme) finely chopped
2 x onions, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, finely diced
1 stick of celery, finely diced
1 x sweet pepper, finely sliced
Approx. 20cm Chistorra finely sliced (substitute other dried meat if unavailable)
4 x eggs
30g Pecorino cheese, grated
30g goat’s Gouda cheese, grated
30g Red Leicester cheese, sliced
Serves 2
